SECO USA provides standard support during the period of the project and for 90 days following the completion of the project. Extended support services can be renewed after this time frame.

Errors or “bugs” may exist in the development of any sophisticated embedded device. Some of these errors may be discovered months or even years after project completion. The nature of these errors may indicate issues with SECO USA’s implementation, the customer’s own development efforts, third-party hardware/software, or end-user usage scenarios. SECO USA’s extended support plan renewal options provide the best mechanism to ensure long-term support from SECO USA to resolve these post-project issues.
